Privacy Policy.

This policy describes what CloudAgent collects through this website and the private beta, why, and the choices you have. It is written for a small invite-only beta and will be revised (with notice) as the service grows.

1. What we collect

Waitlist submissions: the details you provide (email, name, company, role, tooling context) plus referrer/UTM parameters.
Account data: email, name, company, role, and account status for manually created beta accounts.
Billing records: credit purchases, balances, and an accounting ledger. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us.
Usage accounting: token counts, model identifiers, task identifiers, and credit debits reported by the cloud agent runtime.
Operational logs: authentication events, rate-limit counters, and security-relevant request metadata.

2. What we deliberately do not collect here

This website does not store your repository code, your prompts, or your model outputs. Task transcripts live in the cloud agent runtime, scoped to your workspace — the accounting surface only receives token counts and metadata.

3. How we use data

To operate the waitlist and prioritize beta invites.
To authenticate you and keep accounts invite-only.
To meter usage, maintain accurate balances, and show you transparent billing.
To protect the service from abuse (rate limiting, bot protection).
To contact you about your account or the beta.

4. Third parties

Cloudflare — hosting, database, and bot protection.
Stripe — payment processing (when live payments are enabled).
Email delivery provider — transactional email such as login links, once enabled.

5. Retention & deletion

Waitlist entries are kept while the beta program runs. Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account exists plus any legally required retention (accounting records in particular).

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing wu@learnwithpal.org. We will confirm and complete deletion except where retention is legally required.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email wu@learnwithpal.org and we will honor these requests directly — there is no dark-pattern process.
